You said my item would be delivered in 14 days and it was and you said it would be delivered between 7 and 8 and it was delivered at 7.10 am. In a world where someone's word seems to mean very little it meant a lot that some still do as they say. I am absolutely thrilled with the wardrobe and chest and they look fantastic in my room. My joiner commented on the quality of the furniture and how well it was made and how easy it was to put together. He admitted that when he heard it was flatpacked he was not looking forward to it.

Hi,
I would like to say a very big thank you for the excellent service I received with regards to the above-mentioned order. As you will be aware, I ordered a single Silentnight Chillout bed in cerise for my daughter's birthday. My order was dealt with both efficiently and speedily and I received this product within 10 days. The guys who delivered the bed were excellent advising me not to leave the bed standing on it side as my daughter and son were at home and they could cause themselves serious injury due to the weight of the bedstead. I would also like to express special thanks to Sarah with whom I spoke on the telephone. She was extremely helpful also.
